We were recently in Playa del Carmen and also were scammed by Grupo Mayan at the Grand Mayan Princess Resort. Everyone needs to know that the parent company of this group is Wyndham Resorts and Hotels. So when writing complaints, everyone should go to the Wyndham website, to the "Wyndham Worldwide" section, and click on the "contact us" You can send Wyndham an e-mail with your complaint.
