This company is a complete scam company. I ordered their 'free trial' teeth whitening system and they delayed the shipping so as to have the product arrive after the trial period ended and then they billed my credit card. I even spent the money to return their crappy product and they still didn't refund me! I used two other companies and had no such problem.
