I am requesting a refund for your products. I did not authorize the shipping or charging of these products. Please accept the return of every bottle of your product and refund my account. I tried to call the 866 number to cancel for 2 weeks, and today I was on hold for over 45 minutes before having to hang up the phone. I called back and the only way to get a live person on the line was to press the #3 key that says place an order.
