Please be tenacious with them. I have called many times and waited the 30, 40, 60 minutes on the phone to actually talk to them. I have been able to cancel the order and receive a refund...I hope, just requested it today ($39.95). I sent the product back unopened according to their instructions...doing it within the 14 days, receiving a return merchandise authorization number from them, and requesting a delivery notification from the PO with tracking number.
