Received the 15 day supply for .99 cents. It shipped on 6/15/09; received on 6/19/09. Tried to obtain Return authorization, but was left on hold for about 40 mins and then had to hang up becuase of work. I THINK I cancelled my subscription online, but received no verification of that. Tried to cancel on their website, but that failed too. I will report to my credit card company as a fradulent charge.
