I am strugling since the 27/05/09 to sort out my insurance claim with cell c insurance. I phone them every second day to get an answer. But they only keep on sending me sms's to say they are bussy sorting out my problem. I would like to know, how long can this take. I as the customer have to phone them give them ref nr's but everytime for nothing. Why do you as customer pay for insurance? I am borrowing a phone from someone, and would like my claim to be settled. I have had numerous problems with cell c and i will never do an upgrade... read full review »
