After signing up for a free trial on 11/3/08 for 2 products and paying the shipping charges that I agreed to pay within 14 days I was charged $38.95 and $39.95. I tried several times to call and was unsuccessfull because I did not want to stay on hold for 73 minutes. I finally got through and was able to cancel the membership and get a return authorization number #CL112608 for order numbers 1513572 and 1513648. Both products were sent back 1/25/08.
