Company was not available by phone to cancel within the 14 day Free trial. I tried 2 days before the cancellation time & then continued for the next week. The line was always busy! There were times that I stayed on the line for over an hour! I even tried to find an e-mail to cancel by & there was NO e-mail. What company in this day and age doesn't have an e-mail unless this is a scam?! I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge! read full review »
