I, too, ordered the Acai Berry Detox and when I realized what the amount would be beyond the $3.95 "free trial" (not free because they still charge you $84.01), I tried to cancel my order. That was not the problem - it is getting the money credited back to my account. I never even opened the products, sent both shipments back and was assured I would be credited and notified by the refund dept. when that happened. I never recieved a notification and have called repeatedly - being put on hold as long as 20 minutes each time with the same... read full review »
