I could never get set up to make an on-line payment to my account - I tried several times. So I set up payment from my bank - I send it 6 or 7 days in advance of the due date. I get a late fee every month of $35.00. I think they give you a late fee even if they got your payment. I don't think I've ever had a month without a late fee.
