I was unaware that this jewelery was fake. Also I thought it was a UK company. I received a bracelet from Hong Kong today! I was unsure where to return bracelet to so I emailed them - it is a PO box number in Basingstoke. They have also advised me to send bank detals to refund by BACS. I think it sound very dodgy. I also cannot get a phone number to contact them. I have asked what country I am emailing but so far they havent answered me. I think Im just going to have to cut my losses and keep the bracelet I dont like as I frightened to send back and not get a refund or have any bracelet.
