I have a GE card through a company I bought eyeglasses from. For the past year and a half I have paid all but one payment on time. This month I went online to make a payment (which is how I pay every month) and the system is requiring me to put in my original email address. I forgot the email so I called customer service. The woman (who barely understood me) said she couldn't tell me my original address. I asked if she could waive the fee for payments over the phone this one time while I tried to resolve the problem.
