I ordered a trial bottle for $9.95, approx. and cancelled all future orders (since it didn't have any effect). A month later my Citi card was charged $88.62 for another order. I called the customer service and was told I should have called them in 15 days after I received the trial order. I did but they claim they have no record of that.
