The last three versions of media creator have been very bug ridden. I purchase it for Classic Creator more than anything else, decided to see if all of the other features actually worked. This has proved challenging. After over 20 on my time, I finally got most of the features to work. Their tech support was totally ineffectual. Their free tech support is by e-mail, with live being offered if you pay extra. My experience has been that they have not solved a single problem for since Creator 8.
