My mom purchased a prepaid Wal-Mart Visa card for my burthday recently. She put $100.00 on it; however, I can't use it until it is activated either online or by phone. In order to activate it, you need a code from the receipt, which in the holiday ruh is long gone. In addition to that, you can/t get any assistance at all via the online website www.walmartmoneycard.com or by phone until you have activated the card that can't be activated! So, my mom is out $100.00 and I am out of a birthday gift. Please advise. read full review »
