Again, problems with DIRECTV. First I had problems with a stealthy $50 "Credit fee" associated with a Whole Home DVR upgrade. Yes, that was resolved equitably, but, they would not acknowledge they were wrong in charging the fee in the first place (admission means lawsuit...). I'm a pragmatist, someone else will need to sue them over it.
Now...when it comes time to do the install. Installer is 2 hours late, which is ok since I'm home from work that day (took a day off special). Finally does show up by 2 PM, but come to... read full review »
Carnival Cruise Lines
I took a cruise on the Carnival Paradise on June 21-25, 2010, out of Long Beach, CA.
The check in experience was ok and they accommodated my disability in the manner I expected.
The problem I have was the shipboard experience.
There was a dance competition aboard, the Celebrity Dance Competition company was holding their Nationals at Sea program. There were 600 kids on board, with inadequate adult supervision.
