I've also received unauthorized credit charges in the amount of $ 29.95 over the course of 30 days. The phone number listed with the charge brings up dead air. Although I was able to access the website, I'm afraid to enter any more personal information than they already appear to have. I've notified my bank to cease all transactions to this account, but would like to know how to make a formal complaint against this company for unauthorized charges. read full review »
