I also, was charged twice for shipping and handling. When I called I also cancelled the order with a confirmation number only to find I was charged even more money for the first month, when I just received the product that day. I could not find the web site again to check out the details. I wish I would have read this web site before I decided to get the "free" trial offer. Free has cost me $85.60 so far!
