I called their automated line to make sure my account was still active as i hadn't used it since 2003. It was, but my credit limit was reduced by 3/4th of what it was originally. I thought it was strange, but had heard that some companies did that last year, so i got on to speak with a customer service agent. The first girl i talked to was nice, she told me that there was nothing she could see but could transefer me to a credit specialist that could look this information up.
