i tried to cancel my membership and have my acct. credited and the on-line chat person said she cannot help me. my husband lost his job and we are barely hanging on. this charge may put my acct overdrawn which will cause unnecessary fees and more problems. classmates should notify people when the acct is ready to renew and remind them, so they have the option. i forgot all about this, as it is not a priority in my life right now. this should be illegal practice. read full review »
