This morning at about 9:20am (thursday) I called 1-800-784-3167 & got connected to the billing deppartment trying to explain my situation which was...I was trying to hook up my "Skype" onto my computer and somehow got charged this software where when I had skype before all I had to do was put $10.00 into my account.
