I phoned the customer service number only 4 days after receiving the promotional 'free' product in the mail. (I only was obligated to pay for shipping and handling.) After being on hold for nearly 30 minutes, I spoke to a representative and requested my name be removed from any future deliveries. She told me that the promotional period was only good for 15 days - starting from the original date that the order was placed.
