After ordering the "free" trial I called to cancel my "subscription" to avoid being charged for the product. I was told the first time I called that my subscription had been cancelled and that I could keep the "free" trial. After discovering that my credit card was charged $87.83 for the "free" trial I called again. This time I was told that my subscription had been cancelled and that a "request" for a refund would be placed and to check my bank account in 3-5 days for the refund.
