When I called to get an RMA# - the customer service guy was very polite & then sent me a confirmation via email for returning the UNAUTHORIZED SHIPMENT & THE CHARGE TO MY CC. They make it so easy to sign up for the FREE TRIAL - at this time I even want to return the FREE TRIAL because it is a SCAM. read full review »
