I placed one order for three arrangements to go to the same address in New Mexico. Their website promised same day delivery for 12/23. They called me that night and advised me they could not deliver until 12/24. I said that would be ok. They managed to get one arrangement delivered but not the other two on 12/24. When they called me and I pressed them on the issue, they finally told me they could not find a florist!!!
