We purchased Onida Hydrologic 7.0 Washing Machine over same models from Samsung, Whirlpool etc. and really regret doing so now. The demo/installation technician never came and I had to get it installed after 15 days from a local plumber after paying for it. After about 2 months it developed serious noises and gave problems. Registering a complaint at the Onida call number (080-41343000, complaint number 080326381959) has yielded no results and the technician once again failed to show up, as expected. I am now envious of my neighbour's Washing Machine which is working for the last 3 years withour problems. read full review »
