I made a small purchase from BUY.com in April. Today (6/26) I just noticed a $12.00 charge on my debit card from Shopper Discount with a telephone number. Upon investigating further, there was also a $12.00 charge in May. I called the number and was assured both charges would be credited to my account. I was told I signed up when I made a purchase through BUY.com, which I do not remember doing and would never do.
