My TV went out where there was only sound and no picture on a weekend when I counldn't contact anyone. I called them 1st thing Monday morning and told them what had happened and they told me that I would have to pay the shipping to send it to them but then they would in turn replace the TV within 15 days of receiving it. I did this which cost me a little over $100.00. They received the TV on March 27, 2009 and I have called repeatedly trying to get my TV back and they just keep telling me they will put in for a status update and to call... read full review »
