I made a deposit to my account at a branch (in person) and was told on my deposit slip as well as from the teller that the deposit would be credited the next business day because it was in the morning. Well the bank screwed up and held it for 2 business days causing 13 NSF fees. The bank recredited my account however now every time I make a deposit that is not a direct deposit, those funds are on hold for two weeks due to too many NSF fees.
