I am having trouble getting a response from VPI. Been over 2 months and not any word from them pertaining to my pug's two surgeries.. She had no pre-existing conditions, and her records reflect such. I can't even afford to get her third chemo treatment b/c they haven't paid. I would suggest that based upon the substantial number of complaints, that the members of this forum go online at www.ic3.gov and file a fraud complaint.
