The thieves at SAfecart advertised (after running a scan on my pc) that they had a driver that I was missing. After paying (through paypal) $29.95 and re-running the scan, it turned out that these thieves did not have the driver after all. I requested a refund immediately. To date they have ignored my requests. Paypal has not done any good either as they will not refunds items received (even if they are not what they were advertised to do). read full review »
