The holiday inn on cooper and cartier street is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. My family and i were staying there for a couple nights. The front desk staff were not so great and most of the maids were wonderful. However... My 2 daughters an i were waiting for an elevator and one of the maids was very unprofessional. i did not get her name but she had stark red hair.
