I recently reserved 11 rooms for Hershey Park Days Inn. I was told that the u had to cancel 24 hrs before check in date. Well I canceled all 11 rooms which was in my name 10 days in advance and received a cancellation number. 1 Week after the date I was to arrive I checked my debit card and was charged 11 times at 214.00 Dollars. I contacted the hotel and they advised me that I should have 11 cancellation number not one. How stupid.
