Five weeks ago I brought my laptop in to be fixed. A week ago, I called them to check up on it because they said it would take 2-4 weeks. Apparently they've been 'waiting on parts' and they told me then that they didn't know what was going on and would get back to me on Monday (yesterday). After not receiving a call from them, I called them today and apparently the part is meant to arrive "sometime this week". It won't be done until the middle of next week at the very earliest, putting their repair time at 6 weeks. I find this absolutely ridiculous. read full review »
