To Whom It May Concern: On June 23, 2009, My wife called XM to tell them they were overcharging us. The woman (Jennifer) made real nice and told her that all was good, asked for debit number, which my wife provided, then Jennifer informs my wife of additional charges that must be charged. My wife was in disbelief. Jennifer then had the audacity to tell my wife that they will be charging our card for a year, late fees, and an invoice fee.
