I too was the one to go for the trial offers...I cancled within the 15 days trial, and still charged for $89.95. I have listened to their music for 10 minutes, and then I'm cut off. I have tried email and nothing has worked. I followed all the rules for canceling and got stuck. Well, I guess by following the rules it helped with my dispute. I just got off the phone with my CREDIT CARD. I filled a dispute and charges will be reversed. Please dispute your charges as this gives the credit card company something to work with. When they reverse the charge to MaxColon it costs MaxColon money. So by all means dispute the charge. read full review »
