First complaint: I was only to be charged for shipment, but was charged the full amount. Second complaint: Received second shipment, not ordered. Notified company by letter after failure to accept my calls. Notified credit card company. Returned product by registered mail. Third complaint: Received third shipment. Notified credit card company.
