I am writing this complaint in hopes that it will get noticed by Indian Railways management. They trains are always overcrowded. I noticed that many people often don't have tickets which makes it difficult almost impossible for people who pay for the transportation to get what they paid for. The aisle for toilets is often blocked by passengers. There is no water in the toilets, fans and lights also not working. Complaints submitted to the railroad management didn't produce any results. read full review »
