Company billed for items not shipped. Also tried to return an item previously shipped not ordered. They state lines are busy and telephone wait time is over an hour. Need to contact them to get return authorization, which is impossible. Credit card company says they have to honor the vendor. Hope to reach others and maybe someone can file a Class Action Law Suit. I am not a lawyer, so if a lawyer reads this they shoul check the complaints and get records of people complaining from the credit card companies, Better Business Bureau, and the company. read full review »
