Use them when you have a serious problem you thought you couldn't solve yourself. They will do it, if it can be done. No hidden fees, but be prepared to pay. I'm from where this business is based, and now live in Chicago. The operator is well known by many locals as unreliable and borderline scammer. You won't get compensated if you spot a problem-- only attempts at intimidation. Stay away, not worth the trouble. read full review »
