i have 2 charges of 29.95 that i did not order, in fact i actually called the number on the trial bottle and spoke with a rep who was suppose to cancel immediately. in fact i have a transcript of the whole entire phone conversation. i trie to call today-- sat. jan 3 2009 and get a message stating they are closed. someone please help me.
