B & M ProTurf / Lawn and Garden Center got it's start in 1975 when Marc Paquet at the age of 19 decided to strike out on his own after working as a mechanic for others in the lawnmower repair trade. With financial aid from his father Bernie (hence the name B & M), the business began at the corner of Bastanchury and Kraemer Boulevards.
