On the New Year's eve (31 Dec), I visited the store (958, W. Diversey Parkway, Chicago, IL-60614) at around 20:20hrs to pick up some stuff. I asked my fiancee to stand by the counter, while I went to grab the items. Soon, I heard something and saw one of the employees trying to verbally harass my fiancee.
