I thought I was getting a bargain with their advertisement of 5 for $5.00 on their introductory package. However they charged me $25.00 on April 30th, and a few days later charged my account $38.95 for coffee I didn't order. I promptly returned the packages and asked for them to debit my account. May, June, and now July and no refund yet! I called at least three times, with them saying I would be getting a refund, ( now at the second billing cycle) since June 10th or so.
