This is the 2nd time this week. I started a payday loan up, then cancelled it, changed my mind. When I happen to check my bank acct, they took $17.97 out. They said I received a confirmation email but I never got it. They did the same thing as ID Theft Protection, and no I wont get my money back. THIEVES AGAIN.
