I booked and paid for 3 tickets for the James Taylor concert at the NIA, Birmingham for 5th July. Haven't received them, emailed the company several times and no reply. I'm so upset, I've always been distrustful of paying for things over the internet and I'll never do it again. What's worrying me now is that they've got my card details and address etc. How can companies be allowed to advertise and trade over the internet when they're fraudulent.
