We rented an suv to take to baja. They were very nice when we checked out the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle they were rude and discourteous. They failed to complete the vehicle check in process. The vehicle was moved to the back of the business as we were told that there was damage to the vehicle. We were never allowed to see the vehicle again. Pictures provided by the company do not show damage. They have been rude and trying to cash in on our insurance charging more than 1/2 the value of the vehicle for damages.<br /> Outrageous! read full review »
