I have spent a lot of money renting videos from Redbox - Never Again!! Last week, I returned 3 movies and the next day found out that I was charged FULL PRICE of each video! I had the movies for 2 days! I called the company and they apologized and said that their computer crashed and charged EVERYONE full price for EVERY return! Wow, did they hear about a stock market tip or what? Anyway, they said they will credit my account and gave me two free codes for 2 movies.
