When I originally ordered several books, I paid for them. Then continued to be billed and billed and billed. Finally I sent an Excel spreadsheet of payments and dates and amounts. There is no way to phone these idiots. When I've asked them to close my account, then they start sending books I never ordered. Then the bills begin all over again!
