The technician was really nice and helpful. He's the best and the smartest technician I've ever had. He didn't have a hard time dealing with my ac and heater repair needs. He knew exactly what the correct repair technique was. It was all done awesomely in just an hour. So pleased with the result. My unit was working well again.
